In accordance with European Union legislation, consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the last item in the order, without the need for justification.

• The return period is 14 days from receipt of the order
• Returns are free of charge — return shipping costs are covered by Joyesperanza
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item
• Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging

Exceptions: The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, once opened
